CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Agreement on the Processing of Personal Data

By joining this Agreement and submitting their data on the website https://blends.inspiroprojects.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") through filling out the online application fields (placing an order), the User:

• confirms that the personal data provided belong to them personally;
• acknowledges and confirms that they have carefully and fully read this Agreement and the terms of processing their personal data specified in the online application (registration) fields on the Site;
• acknowledges and confirms that all provisions of this Agreement and the terms of processing their personal data are clear to them;
• gives consent to the processing of the provided personal data by the Site for the purpose of registering the User on the Site;
• agrees to the terms of personal data processing without any reservations or limitations.

The User consents to the processing of their personal data, specifically the actions outlined in Clause 3, Part 1, Article 3 of the Federal Law dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data," and confirms that by giving such consent, they act freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest. The User’s consent to personal data processing is specific, informed, and conscious.
This consent applies to the processing of the following personal data:

• Last name, first name, patronymic (middle name);
• Email address;
• Phone numbers;
• Actual residential address of the User;
• Payment details, such as name, billing address, account number, and payment card data (including card number, expiration date, and security code) for payments processed by us. For payments processed by third-party organizations (e.g., PayPal or Apple Pay), the handling of such data is governed by the privacy policies of those organizations.

The Site also collects and processes anonymized visitor data (including cookies) through internet analytics services such as Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, and others.
The User grants https://blends.inspiroprojects.ru the right to perform the following actions (operations) with their personal data:

• Collection and accumulation;
• Storage for the periods established by regulatory documents for record-keeping, but not less than three years from the date the User ceases to use the Site’s services;
• Clarification (updating, modification);
• Use for the purpose of registering the User on the Site;
• Destruction;
• Transfer upon court order, including to third parties, while ensuring measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of data provision and may be withdrawn by submitting a request to the Site operator specifying the data as defined by Article 14 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data."

Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing can be made by sending a corresponding written request by email to blends@spiro.vc with the subject line "Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing."

The Site is not responsible for the use (whether lawful or unlawful) by third parties of information posted by the User on the Site, including its reproduction and dissemination by any means.
The Site reserves the right to amend this Agreement. When changes are made, the date of the latest update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Agreement comes into effect upon its posting unless otherwise specified by the new version.

The current version is always available at: https://blends.inspiroprojects.ru.

This Agreement and the relations between the User and the Site arising from the use of this Agreement shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of the Russian Federation.
